Experience a comprehensive 1.5 to 2-hour in-home or online wellness-focused Signature Staging Consultation with a detailed Selling Success Plan.

Utilizing your existing furniture and accessories, we'll make recommendations based on what looks good in photos and what we know buyers are looking for so they will be able to envision themselves living there. We maintain a wellness focus so buyers can see the potential of a healthy lifestyle and sellers can enjoy a bit less stress. You'll gain all the essential information to confidently complete the staging process yourself, or you can opt for additional support.

Very similar to an in-home consultation, but completely online and self paced for homeowners to do on their schedule, with videos, a workbook, homework, and lots of photo examples!
