Signature Staging Consultation with a detailed Stage to Sell Blueprint.

Utilizing the homeowner's existing furniture and accessories, we'll make recommendations based on what looks good in photos and what we know buyers are looking for so they will be able to envision themselves living there. We maintain a wellness focus so buyers can see the potential of a healthy lifestyle and sellers can enjoy a bit less stress. Your sellers will gain all the essential information to confidently complete the staging process themselves, or you can opt for additional support.

After your client's Signature Staging Consultation, they do the prep work and the shopping, then I'll return to the home for up to 2 hours, to install and style all the details for photo day.

Don't feel like a day at the store? I'll grab towels, plants, pillows, and whatever is on the recommended shopping list from the Signature Staging Consultation, then bring it all to your client's house for installation and photo styling before the photographer arrives.

Your clients will be able to stage their home to sell using my FEEL HOME process along with the furniture and accessories they already have. Very similar to an in-home Selling Success Session, but completely online and self paced for homeowners to do on their schedule, with videos, a workbook, homework, and lots of photo examples!

I have successfully completed the most extensive, RESA Accredited, home staging certification course in the world.
