That's where I come in! A professional stager on your team can provide your clients with all the information they need to complete the staging process themselves! We use the furniture and accessories they already have to create a space that buyers will fall in love with! They'll get a room by room staging report that breaks it up into manageable chunks and relieves some of that stress.

Protects your relationship

You have to have a strong client relationship that gets you through the entire escrow process. Home staging is a form of constructive criticism that sometimes addresses hard issues like smell and cleanliness, issues that you, as their agent should not have to touch. A professional home stager is trained in wording and handling these issues with delicacy yet persuasiveness. In fact, my process is built around helping your client disassociate from their home, so that they can take the constructive criticism and see their home through buyer’s eyes. Your clients EXPECT me to instruct them on these issues but are not completely comfortable with you as their Realtor doing this.

When you bring in your team of “experts” who do this for a living it adds to your own credibility. Would you seem credible if you also appraised and inspected the homes that you sold? No, it waters down your expertise because people know you can’t be an expert in everything! When you’re focused on your own field of interest and let your team of professionals do their thing, it gives you added credibility in what you’re good at – selling homes! It also makes you more valuable in your client’s eyes. They’re not just getting a realtor, they’re getting a whole team of professionals.

Having a stager on your team means less stress for you and your clients. It’s one piece of the pie that you can hand over to the stager and not worry about. For the client, selling a home is scary and unknown most of the time. When I give them a list of what needs to be done, room by room, it seems much more manageable and less stressful.

Utilizing the homeowner's existing furniture and accessories, we'll make recommendations based on what looks good in photos and what we know buyers are looking for so they will be able to envision themselves living there. We maintain a wellness focus so buyers can see the potential of a healthy lifestyle and sellers can enjoy a bit less stress. Your sellers will gain all the essential information to confidently complete the staging process themselves, or you can opt for additional support.
